When we are selling a property on your behalf, a brokerage fee is part of the transaction which can be shared if another broker represents a buyer. Debt and Equity placement fees are also included as part of the transaction and all are paid at the closing. Fees are determined as a percentage of the transaction value based on industry standards.
A Sale/Lease back is a financial instrument where a company that also owns its real estate structures a market rate lease (typically long-term) and then sells the property to an investor.
