Hands On Experiential Learning

Topics shouldn’t bounce off you like you’re deflecting bullets. We spend time with topics and techniques to allow you the freedom to fail in a safe environment with the support of an an instructor and a team safety net. Doing the techniques in class gives you a superhero power up so you have the confidence to use what you learned the next day you are back in the office.

The Uncommon League incorporates LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (or LSP) materials and methods into many on-site courses. LSP is a facilitated technique where we use a selection of LEGO® bricks and structured exercises that allow participants to build models representing metaphors of their challenges, values, and ideals.

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a method that helps teams, organizations, and individuals to become more effective and perform better by fostering creativity, building new knowledge, and sharing and reflecting in an honest and playful manner.
