The new functionality provides deeper insight into SymKey usage, flexible data filtering options, easier Robot assignment, and customization options for more intuitive end-user views.<\/p>\n<p>SymKey\u2019s Robots are programmed to process claim batches based on user-defined workflows and business rules.&nbsp; The Batch Manager is the hub for robotic process automation and with the 4.0 release, includes these powerful new enhancements:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Batch History <\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive filtering and sorting capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Lookup a specific batch number<\/li>\n<li>Display Customizations:\n<ul>\n<li>More columns of information available<\/li>\n<li>Columns can be shown or hidden<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Filters and column layouts can be saved and recalled\n<ul>\n<li>Screen state automatically saved and restored when logging back in<\/li>\n<li>Split batches displayed and reported on as a single batch, with drill-down ability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<h5><strong>Batch Reporting<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Batch detail reports recreated&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to copy\/paste directly from the report<\/li>\n<li>More flexible export options<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<h5><strong>Batch Queue<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Display Customizations\n<ul>\n<li>Columns can be shown or hidden<\/li>\n<li>Screen state automatically saved and restored when logging back in<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Robot assignment function more accessible<\/li>\n<li>Smarter automatic \u201cOn Hold\u201d that auto-releases the hold<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p>SymKey 4.0 is available now.
