Troy has over 22 years of development experience focused in the healthcare payer space.  He earned his BS in Electrical Engineering Technology from Prairie View A&M University and has been programming for 30 years. He has experience programming in Basic, Cobol, Fortran, Pascal, C, C++, C#, Visual Basic, Java, HTML, SQL.

He joined HCIM in 2013 and was promoted to Manager, Application Development in 2018. In his role he has established development coding standards and is responsible for providing leadership in methodology, design, specifications, programming delivery, monitoring and support standards. His team is responsible for the analysis and code development for all HCIM software products and custom-requested application and data conversion projects.

Troy lives in the Houston area with his family and gives back to his community by sharing his knowledge of horses with young people who are inexperienced or otherwise would not have access to animals. The education and skills they provide include grooming, feeding, maintenance and general horse care.
