Rose, Dermatologie, New York, NY<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ziele: Bewertung der Sicherheit und Wirksamkeit eines Neodym-dotierten Yttrium-Aluminium-Granat(Nd:YAG)-Mikropulslasers mit einer Wellenl\u00e4nge von 1.064\u00a0nm im Mikrosekundenbereich zur Behandlung von Teleangiektasien im Gesicht. Methoden: Studienteilnehmer im Alter von 35 bis 70\u00a0Jahren mit Fitzpatrick-Hauttypen I bis III und Gesichtstelangiektasien wurden zwei Behandlungen mit einem Nd:YAG-Mikropulslaser (0,65\u00a0ms) mit einer Wellenl\u00e4nge von 1.064\u00a0nm unterzogen. Die Behandlungen wurden im Abstand von 30\u00a0Tagen durchgef\u00fchrt; 60\u00a0Tage nach der zweiten Behandlung erfolgte eine Bewertung. Die Bewertung umfasste die Aufnahme eines Digitalfotos und eine Bewertung des Verbesserungsgrades auf einer Skala von 1 bis 5 durch den Studienteilnehmer und einen nicht behandelnden Pr\u00fcfarzt. Ergebnisse: Zwanzig Studienteilnehmer (18\u00a0Frauen, zwei M\u00e4nner) mit Fitzpatrick-Hauttyp II und III beendeten die Studie. Der nicht behandelnde Pr\u00fcfarzt bewertete das objektive klinische Ansprechen als Gesamtbeseitigung (100%ige Beseitigung) bei 10\u00a0% (n\u00a0=\u00a02) der Studienteilnehmer, signifikante Beseitigung (Beseitigung von mehr als 50\u00a0%) bei 75\u00a0% (n\u00a0=\u00a015) und eine gewisse Beseitigung (Beseitigung von 0 bis 49\u00a0%) bei 15\u00a0% (n\u00a0=\u00a03). Keiner der Studienteilnehmer erhielt die Bewertung \u201ekeine Beseitigung\u201c oder \u201eVerschlechterung\u201c. In Bezug auf die von den Studienteilnehmern berichtete subjektive Beseitigung gaben 80\u00a0% (n\u00a0=\u00a016) eine signifikante Beseitigung an, w\u00e4hrend der Rest eine gewisse Beseitigung angab. Es wurden keine unerw\u00fcnschten Ereignisse gemeldet.
