Die Ergebnisse f\u00fcr die ersten 101\u00a0behandelten Patienten wurden in fr\u00fcheren Reviews beschrieben. Unser Ziel war es, chronische IPP in k\u00fcrzester Zeit mit weniger Zyklen und weniger Zeit f\u00fcr jede Sitzung zu behandeln. Studie:<\/strong> In den letzten drei Jahren haben wir 30\u00a0Patienten im Alter von 25 bis 60\u00a0Jahren mit chronischer IPP in die Studie aufgenommen. 15\u00a0Patienten wurden mit drei verschiedenen Lasertypen behandelt: 808\u00a0nm, 1064\u00a0nm, 10600\u00a0nm Wellenl\u00e4nge. 15\u00a0Patienten wurden der Kontrollgruppe zugewiesen. Vor Beginn der Lasertherapie brachen die Patienten die anderen Therapien ab. Die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Penisl\u00e4sion wurde vor der Behandlung und 40\u00a0Tage nach Ende der Behandlung mit einer Echographie abgesch\u00e4tzt. Die Dosierung betrug Nd:YAG 1064\u00a0nm, PW, Spotgr\u00f6\u00dfe 6\u00a0mm2, 35\u00a0J f\u00fcr Spot; 10600\u00a0nm 36\u00a0J\/cm2, Spotgr\u00f6\u00dfe 5\u00a0cm2; 808\u00a0nm 12\u00a0J\/cm2, Spotgr\u00f6\u00dfe 3\u00a0cm2. Wir haben bei jedem Patienten 20\u00a0Sitzungen durchgef\u00fchrt, 4\u00a0Sitzungen pro Tag. Ergebnisse: <\/strong>Zur Auswertung der Ergebnisse beurteilten wir Folgendes: Vorhandensein\/Fehlen klinischer Merkmale, Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der L\u00e4sion. Die Ergebnisse waren bei der Mehrheit der Patienten positiv. Bei einer Gruppe von Patienten waren die Ergebnisse teilweise positiv, und die Patienten ben\u00f6tigten einen zweiten Behandlungszyklus nach einem Intervall von zwei Monaten. Es wurden keine Nebenwirkungen beobachtet. Einige Patienten ben\u00f6tigten einen dritten Zyklus. Follow-up nach 6\u00a0Monaten war komplett positiv. Schlussfolgerung:<\/strong> Bei den chronischen Formen der IPP versuchte die Wissenschaft, an den Phasen der Narbe mit Lasern ein Remodeling zu erzielen, um eine R\u00fcckbildung der Fibrose zu bewirken. Dieselben Mechanismen k\u00f6nnten in der Erholungsphase eine Rolle spielen. Wir k\u00f6nnen Unterschiede zwischen der Behandlung von akuter und chronischer IPP beobachten.
