Die meisten waren 1 bis 4\u00a0Monate alt, 60\u00a0% waren weiblich, die Studienteilnehmer hatten die Hauttypen I bis II. Es wurde ein Nd:YAG-1064-nm-Laser mit einer Spotgr\u00f6\u00dfe von 2 bis 3\u00a0mm, einer Pulsdauer von 650\u00a0\u03bcs und einer Fluenz von 42 bis 64\u00a0J\/cm<sup>2<\/sup> verwendet. Die aufeinanderfolgenden Behandlungen wurden in Intervallen von 1 bis 4\u00a0Monaten durchgef\u00fchrt. Die Fotos wurden vor, direkt nach sowie 30 und 180\u00a0Tage nach den einzelnen Behandlungssitzungen aufgenommen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ergebnisse: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>100\u00a0% der Studienteilnehmer zeigten bereits nach der Behandlung eine wesentliche Verbesserung. Die Behandlungszeit war schnell und dauerte f\u00fcr die Behandlung von Bereichen bis zu 3\u00a0cm<sup>2<\/sup> nicht l\u00e4nger als 3 bis 5\u00a0Minuten. Die Patienten vertrugen die Behandlung sehr gut, wobei die j\u00fcngsten Studienteilnehmer sie am besten vertrugen. Die Eltern waren mit dem Behandlungsergebnis sehr zufrieden. Es wurden keine Komplikationen beobachtet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schlussfolgerung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ein Nd:YAG-Laser mit einer Pulsdauer von 650\u00a0\u03bcs und einer Wellenl\u00e4nge von 1064\u00a0nm liefert eine gute Beseitigungsrate bei infantilen H\u00e4mangiomen ohne nachteilige Auswirkungen auf die Haut.
