Sechzehn Patienten im Alter zwischen 28 und 74\u00a0Jahren wurden wegen Dermatochalasis unterschiedlicher Auspr\u00e4gung und lichtgesch\u00e4digter Haut im Periorbitalbereich behandelt. Elf Frauen und f\u00fcnf M\u00e4nner mit Fitzpatrick-Hauttypen I bis III wurden behandelt. Bei allen Patienten wurde ohne Sedierung eine Lokalan\u00e4sthesie verabreicht. Alle Patienten zeigten eine dramatische Verbesserung des Erscheinungsbilds von \u201eSchlupflidern\u201c, \u201eTr\u00e4nens\u00e4cken\u201c und lichtgesch\u00e4digter Haut. Die Patienten erholten sich innerhalb von 14\u00a0Tagen von Ekchymose und Erythem. Die Kombination aus Blepharoplastik und Skin-Resurfacing mit einem ortsbeweglichen Erbium:YAG-Laser mit einer Pulsdauer von 300\u00a0\u03bcs scheint eine hochwirksame, patientenfreundliche und sichere Methode zur Behandlung von Dermatochalasis und Lichtsch\u00e4den zu sein. Die zus\u00e4tzlichen 10 bis 20\u00a0Minuten Operationszeit, die f\u00fcr das Skin-Resurfacing erforderlich sind, verbessern das Ergebnis der Blepharoplastik
